For businesses
You got an email from us. Here's why.
QuoteWard is how homeowners ask several local businesses for the same quote at once. A customer described a job near you, and we sent it to a small number of well-reviewed businesses that do that kind of work. Yours was one of them.
Why you, specifically
We searched for businesses near the customer's address that offer the service they asked for, then read each website to check the work is something you actually do and that the area is one you serve. Businesses with good public reviews are contacted first.
We contact at most five businesses per request — usually three. We are not sending your details anywhere, and we did not give the customer your contact information. The email came from us, on the customer's behalf.
What it costs
Nothing. QuoteWard is free for businesses today: no fee to quote, no commission on work you win, no subscription, and no listing to pay for. If that ever changes, you'll be told before it does, not after.
How to reply
Open the link in the email. You'll see the job, the customer's description, any photos, and a short form: your price (firm or a range), when you could do it, and anything the price depends on. No account, no password.
The customer sees your quote next to the others and picks one. If they choose you, we send you their address and contact details and ask you to confirm the time. Nobody gets your quote except that customer.
Not interested? There's a decline link in the email. It takes one click and doesn't count against you.
How to stop hearing from us
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click removes your business from QuoteWard and you won't be contacted again for any request in your area.
You can also write to us and we'll do it for you.
Who we are
QuoteWard is built in Gatineau, Québec by ALYAS Solutions. We're a small operation, and we're early — so if something about this doesn't sit right, tell us. We'd rather hear it.
